Online Orders

Once purchased, Refunds will be issued for any written request received before 29th May 2020. An administration fee of £50 will be deducted from refund requests received prior to this date. Unfortunately refund requests received following this date will not be considered. If you would like to request a refund please email the Conference Organisers at bookings@rasc2020uk.com, with ‘Refund Request’ as the title. Alternatively, please send written communication to the Norfolk Showground, Dereham Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 0TT United Kingdom.

 

You may request to transfer your registration to another person. However, this request of a transfer must be received by email at bookings@rasc2020uk.com, and prior to 29th May 2020.

 

Cancelled Bookings

Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event

Should the event be cancelled, or abandoned details of our cancellation policy will be posted on our website and will be dependent on the type, duration and reasons for cancellation.  Any refund decisions made by either and/or the RNAA or the RASC will be final.  Should either or both parties determine that a refund is applicable, customers who have purchased tickets will be invited via our website, to submit their email confirmation of purchase for a refund.  Neither the RNAA or the RASC will be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, cancellation or postponement of the Event or any such eventuality.

Disclaimer of Liability

All tickets or any other items purchased are sold subject to the RNAA reserving the right to refuse admission to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the conference venues and the RNAA shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the RNAA or anyone for whom we are responsible, neither the RNAA, nor any agent, employee or representative of the RNAA accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to you or land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
